Marriage isn’t easy, especially when you have children. Married life, especially with kids, isn’t a walk in the park.
Working to make ends meet, as well as raising a family, can all have a negative impact on a couple’s sexual lives.
Couples often avoid physical intimacy due to stress from work and parenting responsibilities.
My husband and I both work from home, but it doesn’t make my job any less stressful. We have two children under the age of three.
We are usually exhausted at the end of the day, so getting intimate is the last thing on our minds.
We just want to go to bed and get some (interrupted) sleep.
What about in the morning?
I bet the last thing on our minds, and for many couples, is getting busy between the sheets.
The mind is usually preoccupied with how to get everyone ready for the day: breakfast, school runs, and work.
In the midst of all of this, when do we find time to be a ‘couple’? In the midst of all these, when exactly do we have time to be a ‘couple’?
I realize that.
If we continue this way, we will eventually lose track of each other’s location. Ahem… You know…
Hahaha
Also, as with anything, waiting for the perfect time will prevent us from completing our tasks.
Then I wondered: if we’re too exhausted to do anything sexual at the end of the day, when can we?
You guessed correctly.
Morning!
There are many incredible benefits of morning sex, and I’ll share six with you:
1. It helps you to connect with your spouse
There are numerous articles on the internet discussing the benefits of waking up early. There are innumerable articles on the internet on the benefits of waking up early.
There is something magical about this particular time of day.
The peaceful atmosphere that greets the start of the day allows you to be productive in whatever you choose to do.
This is because the day has just begun and you are free of distractions.
Perhaps the only distractions you face are your own thoughts.
The tranquility of the morning will allow you and your spouse to connect more deeply and improve intimacy in your marriage.
Improved intimacy leads to a stronger marriage.
Amen, someone?
2. You’re more relaxed instead of exhausted, which feels better
While you and your spouse can have sex when you’re tired (depending on how tired you are), it’s more enjoyable when you’re relaxed. While you and your spouse can get it on even when you’re tired (depending on the level of your tiredness), sex is more enjoyable when you’re relaxed.
You are more relaxed because you have yet to face whatever the day has in store for you.
You will also have enough energy to complete the task.
Let’s be honest, this is work and requires energy.
If you both get a good night’s sleep, you’ll feel refreshed enough in the morning to do the necessary work.
And you’ll have a fantastic time together!
3. It makes you feel good for the day
Morning sex may leave your coworkers wondering why you’re beaming and humming your favorite song. Morning sex might make your coworkers wonder why you’re beaming and humming your favorite song.
Physical intimacy releases mood-elevating hormones, and simply having a good time with your partner can lift your spirits throughout the day.
4. Helps you cope with stress

Maintaining a positive mood can improve stress management and productivity during the day. When you’re in a good mood, you’re more likely to manage the day’s stress better and be more productive.
Also, being in a good mood will help you to relate with others better because you come off as relatable and accommodating.
5. Protects your marriage from sexlessness
The demands of daily life and raising a family have caused many marriages to lose their luster. The demands of daily living and raising a family have caused a lot of marriages to lose their spark.
Many marriages have become sexless because couples can never seem to find the right time to get it on.
Having sex with your spouse in the morning can prevent marital problems.
6. Protects your marriage from temptation
I’m not sure if this holds true for everyone because our sexual appetites vary. I’m not sure if this holds true for everyone because our sexual appetites vary. I don’t know if this is true for everyone because our sexual appetite differs.
But I believe that if you have a satisfying romantic time with your spouse in the morning, you will be less likely to get it on with another person. But I believe that if you have a satisfying romantic time with your spouse in the morning, you will be less likely to get it on with another person.
As previously stated, some individuals continue to cheat on their spouses despite having a fulfilling sex life. As previously stated, some individuals continue to cheat on their spouses despite having a fulfilling sex life.
However, we cannot deny that sexual dissatisfaction can make a person more likely to cheat. However, we cannot deny that sexual dissatisfaction can make a person more likely to cheat.
I am not making excuses for cheating, but it does happen. I am not making excuses for cheating, but it does happen. However, this is not justifiable. However, this is not justifiable.
While you and your spouse can have the best of sex at any time of day, the purpose of this post is to open your eyes to the awesomeness of getting it on when you’re not preoccupied with daily activities. You don’t have to do this every morning because it’s not even practical (for everyone). You don’t have to do this every morning because it’s not even practical (for everyone).
Just don’t let each morning pass without taking advantage of its potential to improve your marriage. Just don’t let each morning pass without taking advantage of its potential to improve your marriage.
